The Weatherization Program is one of the many Energy Efficiency Income Qualifying Programs sponsored by Southern California Gas Company. This Program is applicable to both Renter and Owner that is mainly designed to assist homes with minor house repairs at NO-Cost to them. Anyone who applies and meets the certain income level guidelines may be eligible. If you qualify, trained workers will come to your home to perform minor house repairs, replace faulty appliances and insulate your home, FREE of charge. Services include (but are not limited to):

- Weather Stripping
- Home Insulations
- Low flow showerheads
- Attic Insulation
- Caulking
- Replace Broken Windows Glass
- Repair Broken Doors
- Water heater insulation blanket
- Minor repairs to your home or rental unit making it more energy efficient
- Other energy saving measures as needed

We realized that there are as many as 32,550,000 housing units in Los Angeles County with majority of the units built around the early 60’s - 80’s. These houses could be eligible to qualify for new energy-efficient home improvements to save money on their gas and electricity bills. This is one of the many free services that APAC Service Center provides free assistant to those that meets the income criteria. With a high-efficiency home, you can save thousands of dollars every year in energy bills, and best of all it’s FREE.
