What is Healthy Rebates?
Healthy Rebates is a program designed to help people pay for health insurance. The program provides rebates for those who qualify that will go towards paying health insurance premiums.

How does the program work?
The program is open to members of the following Knox-Keene licensed health plans offering an individual/ family plan in Los Angeles County:
 
- Blue Cross of California
- Health Net
- PacifiCare		 - Blue Shield of California
- Kaiser Permanente
- Universal Care


Eligibility

- You and/or your household members must be a resident of Los Angeles County.
- Your household’s income must not be greater than 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL)
- You must have proof of private health insurance coverage with a qualifying health plan.
- Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted.
- Only hard copy of applications will be accepted and the applications will need to be renewed every three months
