The Energy Assistance Fund (EAF) is an assistance program designed to help SCE residential customers in need to pay their electric bills. To help customers deal with high summer electricity bills, Edison is providing temporary Rate Relief assistance to low-and-middle income customers.

How can a customer get assistance?

An SCE customer meet the following requirements in order to receive a one time EAF Rate Relief assistance * up to $150.00, based on actual amount owed:

- The SCE bill must be in the name of the customer seeking assistance
- The address on the bill must be the customer's primary residence
- The customer must meet the income guidelines.
- Bills must be
within the past 30 days.

Note: * The assistance is on first come first serve basics until funds are depleted.
